Orange Peel is a new, “fresh and zesty” consultancy business. It was established in late 2022 by Neil Thody. Neil was former Founder and Managing Director of a leading procurement consultancy, delivering over £30bn of public sector procurement projects across multiple sectors.

Neil wanted to establish a new business, focusing on supporting strategic procurement and promoting collaborative working within the construction industry, building on his years of experience working on non-confrontational forms of building contract and providing dispute avoidance services in the role of Independent Adviser. In addition, Neil is a CEDR and RICS accredited mediator and recently qualified as an RICS Adjudicator and is therefore able to support organisations when things don’t go so well through a range of alternative dispute resolution methods.

Neil was also keen to bring his corporate experience from his time as a Board Director on an AIM listed company as well as building on his MBA qualification to provide business advisory services to the C-Suite.

As a result, the seeds of growth were sown and the fruits of the tree emerged as Orange Peel Consultancy…
