In an ideal world, you procure the best supplier to meet your needs, providing you with the best quality at the lowest price. In practice, many procurements will not deliver this because they are poorly conceived from inception. The most important stage in the procurement process is identifying the “needs and requirements” of the client and then designing a procurement that meets these needs. In nearly all cases, we will work with a strategic level within an organisation to understand the business need. We will engage with the market, peer organisations and key stakeholders. How we do it
Once the Procurement Strategy is agreed, we will work with the client to produce the Procurement Documents. This is an intensive period and requires excellent organisational and analytical skills to bring together the required documents to ensure that the tender process elicits the right outcomes. This included careful consideration of different evaluation models and planning scenarios to test these before they are released to the market. We produce excellent procurement documents that are clear, written in plain English and ultimately, address the outputs required by the Client.

Getting you there safely
As experienced and qualified people we are fully aware of the requirements under public procurement legislation. We have a superb track record in never having a procurement process successfully challenged arising out of a breach in the regulations. Further, we have never procured a contract that has been terminated by one of our clients. This is because we have robust strategies in place to ensure that procurements are undertaken safely and ultimately, provide clients with the right organisations to work with to deliver their works/services.
